• INSULATED ROOF SYSTEM: Snow loads are always a common concern in northern climates, but with our roof system we eliminate those concerns. Sunroom Experts of America uses an extruded I-beam a minimum of every 4 feet to provide strong support. Panels also resist surface damage, chalking and acid rain with a Krystal Kote finish. Gable and Studio are options for roof style, and gutter and downspout are included for proper drainage away from your house and enclosure room.
  
  
• INSULATED VINYL WINDOWS: Enclosure window design is built specifically for enclosure walls. They have a hefty support system allowing them to support the large spans typical in super rooms. Our insulated glass unit includes the "super spacer" allowing you to stay warm on those chilly nights or cool on a sunny summer day.
  
  
• NON-DENT VINYL INSULATED PANELS: Vinyl panels are used as filler above, below and around windows for strength and premium insulation. The vinyl skin gives you the benefit of a non-dent panel so you can be worry free while entertaining children, moving furniture or mowing the lawn.
  
  
• SIX-INCH POLY DECK: Our poly deck consists of panels with five inches of insulation sandwiched between two 1/2" Oriental Strand Boards. Poly Decks eliminate costly foundation work and the finished surface can be carpet, tile or almost any type of flooring.
